I am feeling awful, sitting here at my computer crying. Why am I no good?... I hate myself at the moment, I think I don't even deserve to have a life. I need to cry all over the night to feel better

Don't be sad darlin. When you start feeling sad, think about when we talk and what I told you. I will talk to you when I get back. Also I will send you an email while I am on the road. When you are feeling sad, go outside and let the sun shine on your face.
